Chord Tutorial
I've uploaded a video tutorial in the past. At the time I've got only so much experience on how to identify a chord name (symbol), so you might want to use chord progession in this post instead, mainly the chorus part.
Intro
Below tutorial video will be used as a complementary guide for both intro and verse part.
Breaking down the intro, we're going downward from F to Bb then resolve in G chord. If you listen carefully, there's a slide up on the first chord. I also like how the sound goes deeper on each chord.
F . C/E . | Dm . C . | Bb9 . . . | G . . . | TAB: slide up on first chord F C/E ... e|-----1---0--------------------- B|-----1---1--------------------- G|-----2---0--------------------- D|-2/3-----2--------------------- A|------------------------------- E|------------------------------- |

For those who still not familiar with intervals, below is a C major interval to help you visualize what's going on. Also notice that it's not the chord symbol that's going downward, only the root note.
R | ... Bb C D E F G A Bb ... | You're here R : Root note |
guitar-tab (v1) |
For the last 2 bars, slowly strum down Bb9 and slide down the root note to G, then finish with another strum on G chord.
Bb9 G e|--------------3------------------- B|------6-------0------------------- G|------5-------0------------------- D|------6-------0------------------- A|--------------2------------------- E|------6---\---3------------------- ^ ^ ^ : strum down \ : slide down |

Verse
I think I can hear a little slide on the first chord here, and we have another stepping down chord progression for the first 4 bars.
C(9) . . . | G/B . . . | Am7 . . . | C/G . . . | F . . . | C(9) . . . | Dm7b5 . . . | G Am7 G/B . | TAB, 8th bar G F/A G/B e|---3-------------------------- B|---3-----6-------8------------ G|---4-----5-------7------------ D|---5-----3-------5------------ A|---5-------------------------- E|---3-----5-------7------------ |

What a resolve on the last bar! Let's move on to the next 8 bars.
C . . . | G/B . . . | Am . . . | Gm . C . | F .C/E . .Dm7b5 | . . G . | Fm . . . | C . . . | |

Pre-chorus
Video correction : First bar, should be Em instead of Em7. |
In above video, I use barre chord for Dm in the 3rd bar. You might want to substitude it with non barre Dm chord (xx0231) if you're having a difficulty stretching your pinky finger on the root note of F/C chord.
Highlights :
- Strum down Am7 on the 6th bar with your thumb to get softer sound.
- 3rd bar chords alternative are Dm (xx0231) and F/C (x3x211)
